An Industry Supported Laboratory of the EC Department, developed in collaboration with BeeRobokids Innovations Pvt. Ltd., Palanpur, for hands-on work in microprocessors, microcontrollers, embedded systems, robotics, IoT, and drone technologies.
The Advanced Controller and Processor Laboratory is an Industry Supported Laboratory set up by the Electronics & Communication Department at Government Polytechnic Palanpur under a Memorandum of Understanding with BeeRobokids Innovations Pvt. Ltd., Palanpur, and was inaugurated on 5 February 2026.
Under the MoU, the lab is jointly developed for practical work in Advanced Microprocessors and Microcontrollers, Embedded Systems, Robotics, IoT, and Drone Technologies — supporting practical sessions, skill development, student projects, prototype development, and innovation activities. BeeRobokids also facilitates internships for eligible EC and ICT students, with the company providing technical experts, hardware support, and industrial exposure, while the department coordinates student participation and maintains lab infrastructure.
A follow-up MoU for AY 2026-27 extends the collaboration to support the newly introduced 5th-semester EC/ICT subjects — Internet of Things and Drone Technology — through expert lectures, hands-on workshops, and project-based learning.
